We are committed to providing high quality, client-centered and affordable non-medical custodial care services to our clients to assist them to lead dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own home. Their individual needs are carefully assessed, understood and met through the selective assignment of qualified, trustworthy and compassionate personnel.
Our Homemaker-Home Health Aides
Our Homemaker-Home Health Aides (HHA) are certified by the New Jersey Board of Nursing, are thoroughly screened for references and experience, and are fully insured. Life Force ensures they receive ongoing training to fulfill their annual continuing education requirements. On average HHAs have been with Life Force for 15+ years.
Our Nurse Supervisors
Our team includes Nurse Supervisors who are assigned to each case to evaluate our clients' needs and develop a tailored Plan of Care (POC). This POC addresses the non-medical requirements necessary for supporting Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and achieving the clients' individual goals.
Our Social Workers
Our Geriatric Social Worker assists families and home health aides by providing emotional and social support, navigating resources, and offering guidance on a range of needs. Their comprehensive support ensures that families and caregivers effectively manage the challenges of caregiving and meet the goals of our clients.
